Refund policy

RETURNS

Store credit/exchange: Full price merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery for full price store credit or exchange (minus shipping and handling charges).  Shopify has tracking information on every package.  Returned merchandise will only be accepted for items that have not been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not have any strong smells including perfume, smoke, pet, etc.  The original tags must be attached and receipt presented with return. 

Refund to original payment: Full price merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery for credit back to your original payment method.  Shopify has tracking information on every package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.  Returned merchandise will only be accepted for items that have not been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not have any strong smells including perfume, smoke, pet, etc.  The original tags must be attached and receipt presented with return.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping on returned items. We do not provide a return label.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Defective items should be reported prior to being worn.  Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and let us know of any issues right away.

FINAL SALE

Jewelry, under garments, and all items with a markdown are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.  They are FINAL  SALE.  If any merchandise purchased from our SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer.
